She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Weiskittel and Olga Weiskittel (Beickman); her husband Robert R. McKowen; and her brother Jim Weiskittel. She is survived by : her children, Marty McKowen (Marti) of Fairbank, Iowa, Joe McKowen (Gina) of Gaffney, Monica Blackburn (Kevin) of Austin, Texas and Jill Ragsdale (Klint) of Sacramento, California.; and her sister Jean Bailey of La Mesa, California..
