She is survived by: her children, Todd Horak (Julia) of New Lenox, Illinois, Joel "CJ" Horak (Michelle Carey) of Crawfordsville, Iowa, Holly Jones (Craig) of Washington, Iowa, Patrick Horak (Laura) of Quincy, Illinois, Theresa Dubois (Ron) of River Forest, Illinois, Jamie Hunsaker (Melanie) of Queen Creek, Arizona, James Allen Hunsaker IV of Califon and Maegan Burris (Michael) of Litchfield Park, Arizona; and her sister-in-law Meredith Luckenbill of Golden, Colorado.. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
