Palmer of Washington, Iowa, born in Macy, Indiana, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jesse Clyde and Frances Aneda Palmer (Winchester); his mother-in-law Sandra Kay Rinearson; his son Ron Palmer (Clara) of Ainsworth, Iowa; his grandchildren, Chelsea Palmer of Washington, Iowa and Dustin Palmer of Coppock, Iowa; his siblings, Bill Palmer (Teresa), Lana Thornburg (Dennis), Scott Palmer (Sheila) and Kenneth Palmer (Michelle); his wife Helga Horn; and his brother Clyde Kirk Palmer. He was also cherished by several great grandchildren.
