He was predeceased by: his father David Howe; and his brother Peter Howe. He is survived by: his mother Billie Joy Howe (Warden) of Washington, Iowa; and his siblings, Kim Peppers of Washington, Iowa and Steve Shipley (Stephanie Ronan).
