He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Brinning and Alma Brinning (Kuehni); his wife Cherry Luckenbill; his daughter Susan Brinning; and his siblings, Karen Kay Brinning and Richard Brinning.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Brinning (Angie) of Washington and Beth Hyde (Phil) of Washington; and his sister Bonnie Richardson of Washington. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
A general memorial fund has been established.
