He is survived by: his children, Donald E. Parker (Kendra Lown) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Diane M. Albers (Gary) of Walford, Iowa, Russell A. Parker (Heidi) of Ottumwa, Iowa and Dwight C. Parker (Thao) of Columbus, Georgia; his grandchildren, Patrick Parker, Kelly Peterson, Abraham Parker, Tyler Albers, Olivia Parker and Bryan Roeben; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Isaiah and Micah Roeben; his grandchildren, Alaina Parker, Lucas and Owen Peterson; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Mia and Sven Peterson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home (116 E Main St, Washington, IA 52353). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
