She was predeceased by : her parents, Verne Dill and John Dill; her husband Edward; and her siblings, Helen Gorsh and Don Dill.

She is survived by : her children, Donna Eiffert (Jerry), Mike Miller (Clint), Marty Miller (Jon) and Matt Miller (Maureen); her grandchildren, Todd Eiffert (Teresa), Lisa Green (Matt), Brandon and Ashley Miller; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Eiffert, Colin Green (Baylea) and Kacey Green (Preston Rosenfield).

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County, Ainsworth Fire Department or the Ainsworth Community Church.

“Donna, Mike, Marty, Matt and families, You are all in our thoughts and prayers, as our families' last matriarch has passed this earthly world into Heaven. Aunt Ruth was a true treasure. I so appreciate all the family times where she joined the Gorsh family for events. We had such GOOD times! Especially when it was the 3 amigos with Uncle Don and Grandma Verne and Aunt Ruth.
