She is survived by: her children, Lance "Poke" Hazelett (Diana Steele) of Kirksville, Missouri, Landon "Tiny" Rarick (Tammy) of Ainsworth, Iowa and Dawn "Dolly" Richardson (Matt) of Ainsworth, Iowa; her grandchildren, Taylor Jarrett (Josh), Tyler Hazelett (Deanna), Chaz Hazelett, Tiger Hazelett, Brooke Rarick, Cooper Rarick, Tristin Richardson, Gauge Richardson, Nicholas Richardson and Miles Richardson; and her brother Andy Farrier (Kathy) of Wayland, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
