She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Nash and Bertha Nash (Dunsmore); her children, Betty Jean Redlinger and Daniel Rich; her grandson Doug DeWolf; and her siblings, George, Omar, Luella, Jake, Warren, Gertrude, Herb, Hattie, Mary and Charles.
She is survived by: her daughter Helen DeWolf (Gary) of Washington; her grandchildren, Bill Redlinger (Annette), Mark DeWolf (Donna), Jeff Redlinger, Brett DeWolf (Sherise), Greg Redlinger, Bruce Redlinger (Neva) and Rhonda Sprouse (Bob); and her sister Beatrice Stull of Sigourney. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beatty Funeral Home & Cremation Service (107 S 15th Ave, Washington, IA 52353). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial fund has been established for Washington County Developmental Center and the Special Olympics.
