She was predeceased by: her parents, William David and Margaret Frances Vinton (Votruba); and her husband Larry Manning. She is survived by: her children, Tammy K. Valentine of Ainsworth, Iowa, Danna M. Knerr (Rusty) of Washington, Iowa and Larry A. Manning Jr. of Washington, Iowa. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will take place at Cottonwood Cemetery on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. A general memorial has been established.
