He is survived by: his wife Cynthea Long of Washington, Iowa; his son Michael Long (Kathy) of Florida; and his stepdaughters, Teri Chick of Washington, Iowa and Lesa O'Connell of Muscatine, Iowa. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
