He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Trask and Madeline Trask (Burright); his son Juan Trask; his sister Carol Ishman; his stepbrothers, Gary and Larry Trask; and his former wife Jean Black (Trask).
He is survived by: his children, Troy Trask (Diana) of Wellsburg, IA, Dawn Trask (Sara Nadermann) of Des Moines, IA and Kelly Trask of Des Moines, IA; and his grandchildren, Cody (Becca), Ian (Christina), Jenny (Josh), Allen (Faith), Adam (Gabriella), Kevin, Gabby, Anthony, Aaliyah, Gracie, Joscelin and Jaxon. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous family and friends.
