He was predeceased by: his mother Norma J. Barlow. He is survived by: his father David J. Barlow; his son Henry Barlow; his brother Bryan Barlow (Kelly) of Waterloo; and his nieces and nephews, Charles and Brenna Barlow of Waterloo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
