He is survived by: his wife Abbie of Waterloo; his father Richard Payton of LaPorte City; his brothers, Joshua Payton (Alecia) of Waterloo and Kyle Payton (Laura) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his nieces and nephews, Makenna, Savanah, Izzie, Macie, Rylan, Jaymeson and Acelyn.
