He was predeceased by: his parents, Arie Zevenbergen and Jeannette Zevenbergen (Mastbergen); his children, Jamie Zevenbergen and Terry Ray Zevenbergen; his brother John Zevenbergen; and his brother-in-law Marvin Meerdink.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Kay Zevenbergen (Diekman) of Waterloo; his sons, Kelly Zevenbergen (Karen), Jody Zevenbergen (Terry), Matt Baish (Angie) and Tony Baish (Liz); his sister Betty Jean Meerdink of Hull, Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Zevenbergen of Sanborn, Iowa and Larry Diekman of Washburn, Iowa. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
