He was predeceased by: his father Christopher J. Nie. He is survived by: his mother Lindsay A Oberhauser Nie; his sister Ashton Nie of LaPorte City; and his grandparents, Mike, Nancy Oberhauser of Waterloo, Nicholas and Dolores Nie of Jesup. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
