She is survived by: her boyfriend Scott Wubbena; her children, Terrill Sydnes (Reggie Scott) of Orlando and Toni Harris of Waterloo, Iowa; her grandchildren, Nick Sydnes (Veronica Urquhart) of Orlando, Taylor Moore (Paul) of Waterloo, Hannah Patrish (Jordan) of Jacksonville and Samuel John Sydnes (Mary Lovell) of Orlando, Florida; her great grandchildren, Matthew Krause of Waterloo, Harrison Moore of Waterloo, Isabella Moore of Waterloo, Luciana Moore of Waterloo, Vincenzo Moore of Waterloo, Koden Patrish and Günnar Patrish of Jacksonville, Florida; and her brother Michael Gates (Sue) of Mount Vernon, Iowa. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hope City Church (118 High St, Waterloo, IA 50703). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
