He is survived by: his wife JoAnn A. Klein of Cedar Falls; his children, Lonnie Phillips (Deborah) of Cedar Falls, Steven Phillips of Jesup, Michelle Minard (Brian) of Chesapeake, VA and Vickee Minard (Steven) of Seabrook, TX; and his grandchildren, Todd, Cory, Melissa, Jeffrey (Teresa), Derek, Caleb, Brandon and Brianna. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
