She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hayes and Ilene Hayes (Fettkether); her husband Raymond Hoffman, Jr.; and her sister Arlene Widdel. She is survived by: her children, John (Diane) of Waterloo, Teresa Bartholomew (Joe) of Waterloo, Denise Bouska (Jim) of Waterloo and Ben (Rhonda) of Waterloo. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.
