With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Darlene Hoffman of Waterloo, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hayes and Ilene Hayes (Fettkether); her husband Raymond Hoffman, Jr.; and her sister Arlene Widdel. She is survived by: her children, John (Diane) of Waterloo, Teresa Bartholomew (Joe) of Waterloo, Denise Bouska (Jim) of Waterloo and Ben (Rhonda) of Waterloo. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service West Ridgeway (300 West Ridgeway Ave., Waterloo, IA 50701). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (650 Stephan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701).
