With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Nation of Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on April 19, 2025 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Darlene Nation to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Salisbury and Evelyn Salisbury (Kerns); her son Brad Nation; and her brothers, Don Salisbury and Ron Salisbury.

She is survived by: her significant other Rick Milks; her children, Denise Nation, Julie Schares and Jim Nation (Ann); and her sisters-in-law, Jean Ann Salisbury and Betty Salisbury. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
