David Allen McCarville Obituary

We announce the death of David Allen McCarville of Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on August 9, 2026, at the age of 79. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Emmet and Theresa Frances McCarville (Reynolds); and his siblings, Bud, Mac, Robert and Patricia.

He is survived by: his wife Donita McCarville; his sons, Chris McCarville (Angie) and Matthew McCarville (Kashelle); his grandchildren, Austin, Caidan (Peyton), Maddie, Ian, Nico (Felix), Cloey and Pyper; his great grandchild Tymothy; and his siblings, Dale (Becky) and Jean Ann Milne (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be directed in David's name to his family who will direct them elsewhere in his honor at a later date.
