He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Roscoe Maddex and Lucy Laverne Maddex (Saunders); his brother Larry; and his grandson Cody Schroedermeier. He is survived by: his children, Robert Maddex (Kris) of Hartland, WI, Sean Henry (Jo) of Raymond, Craig Henry (Diane) of Waterloo, Meachelle Mehmen (Doug Dutler) of Evansdale, Dawn Passes (John) of Waterloo and Tracia Ross of Washburn. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and thirty-eight great grandchildren.
