She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse C. Satterlee and Alice M. Satterlee (Rector); her spouse Merlyn P. Platte; and her daughter Dorothy Kay Platte. She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Platte (Diane) of Waterloo and Randy Platte (Ginny) of Waterloo; and her grandchildren, Dustin Platte (Jennifer), Angie Bovy (Curt), Jessica Johnson (Matt) and Joshua Platte (Jenna). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
