She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Woldan and Tillie Woldan (Busta). She is survived by: her husband Wayne Lowe; her children, Jean Bienfang (Arlon) of Surprise and John Lowe of Fredericksburg; her siblings, Frank Woldan of Dysart, Alma Klute of Milford and Charlene Stasko of Chicago, IL; and her grandchildren, Marleigh and Memphis Lowe.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Tower Park (4140 Kimball Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
