He is survived by: his parents, Brian Miller and Debbie Miller (Sergeant) of Waterloo; his wife Becky Miller of Waterloo; his children, Jaxon Miller (Olivia) of Waterloo, Kate Jenkins (Jeremiah) of Waterloo, Al Johnston (Shye) of Reinbeck, Jake Miller of Waterloo and Andrew Miller of Waterloo; his brother Cale Miller (Jenny) of Ankeny; his close friend Gabe Nicholas of St. Louis; his parents-in-law, Steve and Diane Hostetler (Lee) of Waterloo; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Hostetler (Stacy) of San Francisco, Brian Hostetler (Malinda) of Overland Park and Beth Soliz of Cedar Falls. He is also survived by nine nephews and one niece.
