He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hart and Susie Walls Hart; his former wife Bettie Scott; his daughter Patrice Hart; his granddaughter Jayda Hart; and his brothers, Robert, Richard and Alan Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Glory of Waterloo; his children, JoAnn Walls (James) of Greenwood, MS, Sonja "Nae" Hart of Waterloo, Tonja "Tinky" Hart of Waterloo, Marilyn Byrd (Milton Jr.) of Waterloo, Jimmy Hart (Jill), Darius Hart (Sunni), LaGuanda McMullen (Damien) of Waterloo, Treymone Thomas (Lorrice) of Waterloo and Shameea Thomas of Des Moines; and his siblings, Willie Hart of Chicago, Mae Smith of Harvey, IL, Joe Hart (Dorothy Jean) of Maywood, IL, Edith McFarland (Alvin) of Alsip, IL and Frankie Knox (Anthony) of Dalton, IL. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
