He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy E. Kemp and Harold Burton; and his son Robert James Burton. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Turner; his children, Brenda Clukey (Chris) of Columbia, MD and Rick J. Burton (Shawn) of Cleveland, OH; and his pet Maddy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hagarty Waychoff Grarup Funeral Home (300 West Ridgeway Ave., Waterloo, IA 50701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
