It is with sadness that the passing of Jeffrey Scott Millen (Waterloo, Iowa) is shared. Jeffrey, born on May 3, 1968 in Tallahassee, Florida, passed away on August 2, 2026. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Cashton Millen, Chase Millen and Samuel Nightingale; his parents, Dave Rempe and Linda Rempe; and his siblings, Jeremy Millen, Alyssa Rempe and Michael Rempe.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Locke Funeral Services (4140 Kimball Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701).
