He is survived by: his mother Jacquelyn Brown Rule of Waterloo; and his siblings, Terry Rule of Waterloo, JoEllen Mead (Darrin) of Waterloo and Becky Rule-Stille of Waterloo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, along with the many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Parrott and Wood Funeral Home (965 Home Plaza, Waterloo, IA 50701). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
