It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerold Q. Osmundson (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Spring Grove, Minnesota, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah F. Osmundson and Alma J Quandahl Osmundson; and his wife Joan C. Flatin. He is survived by: his children, Julie Smith (Greg) of Janesville, Jay Mt (Maria), Janet Boyenga (Phil) of Waterloo, Jeff (Carrie Bailey) of Ankeny and Joel (Terry) of Washburn; his grandson Austin Osmundson; and his siblings, Richard, Jaerdis E. Olson Nesheim, Florence V. Thorson, Inez P. Sollien, Adele J. Burnett and Sharon E. Schumacher. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
