She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph William and Maren Katrine Schumann; her husband James Broshar (Jim); her sister Donna Walker; and her granddaughter Alexandra Broshar (Ali).
She is survived by: her children, Julie Tuttle (Brian) of Shorewood, MN and John Broshar (Lori) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Beth Tuttle Tunis (Brian), Michael Tuttle (Jessica), Connor and Ryan Broshar; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Stella Tuttle, Baker and Belle Tunis.
The Family requests memorials in Jo's name go to the Alzheimer's Association or, The University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children's Hospital.
