She was predeceased by: her husband Rodney Hopka; her parents, Chester Hayes and Iota Hayes; her son Richard Lee Hopka; and her grandson Nathan Hopka.
She is survived by: her children, David Allen Hopka (Daniel) and Kelly Jean Weldon (Rusty); her daughter-in-law Melanie Hopka; her grandchildren, Matthew, Tyler, Lizzie, Josh Hopka, John Weldon and Danisha Schiro; and her great grandchildren, Aviana, Edryse and Demetrius Schiro.
