Leona Bigler Obituary

We announce the death of Leona Bigler (Waterloo, Iowa), who passed away on October 10, 2026, at the age of 78. Leona will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bigler (Ethel) and Mary Lou Bigler; and her husband Gary Kuester. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Anderson (Mike); her grandchildren, Micheal, Myles, Malcolm and Ava; her great grandchild Mahlaya; and her siblings, Joyce Stohr (Ron), Rick Bigler (Marilyn), DJ Bigler (Cheryl), David Bigler, Sandi Horn (Calvin) and Ben Bigler (Jill).

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Elk Run Hall.
