She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph J. Parsons and Ruth E. Parsons (Kelley); her husband Kenneth Nemmers; her daughter Patricia Ann; her siblings, Darwin, Richard, Dwight, Morris, Jerry, Mary, Judy and Ruthie; and her son-in-law Everett Brock.

She is survived by: her children, Timothy Nemmers of Forest City and Laura Brock of Forest City; her grandchildren, Tara Chamberlain (Adam) of Waterloo, Timothy Brock (Josey Sorenson) of Ames and Tyler Brock of Urbandale; her great grandchild Danica; and her siblings, Sandra Hutchinson of Lone Rock, Mike Parsons (Suzanne) of Cassville, MO and Tom Parsons (Erma) of Burt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and in-laws.
