She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Condit and Evelyn Janet Reed (Jorgenson); and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Buns (Tony) and Neal Slattenow (Diane). She is survived by: her husband Percy D. Slattenow of Cedar Falls; her son Skipp Slattenow (Sarah) of Bondurant; her grandsons, Trent and A. J. Slattenow; her sister Marlene Stafford (Roy) of Vernon, TX.; and her brother-in-law Monte Slattenow of Live Oak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tower Park (4140 Kimball Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church (1024 W 8th St, Waterloo, IA 50702). A burial will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at the Waterloo Cemetery (1830 Kimball Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701).
Memorials may be directed to the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Waterloo or Valley Lutheran School, Cedar Falls.
