He was predeceased by: his parents, John Culp and Mary Belle Culp (Dean); and his siblings, Willie, John, Frankie Lee, Jimmie Lee, Amos Paul and Ella Mae Roby (John).
He is survived by: his daughters, Adele Vanarsdale of North Liberty, Iowa, Dr. Priscilla Culp of North Liberty, Iowa and Angela Vanarsdale of Waterloo; his grandson Curtis Culp of Waterloo, Iowa; and his sister Mable Holmes of Waterloo, Iowa. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 3 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service (2720 Muscatine Ave, Iowa City, IA 52240).
