As Madonna departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Madonna may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Madonna leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Miller and Marion Miller (Burnett); and her siblings, Lester "Buddy" Miller Jr., Patricia Fluhr, Lois Becker and Eileen Hefel.
She is survived by: her sister Loretta "Cookie" Lesch of Dubuque; her close friends, Ray and Beverly Flippo; Tara Hull of Waterloo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
