She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert T. Zimmerman and Erie Marie Ross; her son-in-law Michael Flores; her grandson Matthew Flores; her great grandchild Evan Christensen; and her brother Richard "Dick" Zimmerman.

She is survived by: her husband Rev. Carl Lagow; her children, Paulette Lagow of Waterloo, Laura Mast (Larry) of Evansdale, C. Scott Lagow (Mary) of Waterloo and Judy Flores of Waterloo; and her sister Sally Hiatt of Jackson, MI. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren.
