Mrs. McElligott, Mother of one of my closest grade school friends, Tim, lived the Christian life of service to others in ways that left a big impression on me even as a child, which I can appreciate even more looking back over the years. She and husband Bob were models to many of what a marriage between devout Catholics, loving parents and caring neighbors can be. I'll be sure to look them up in our next and better life.”
