Lynn Butikofer (Lisa) of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, Steven Butikofer (Kristi), Kevin Butikofer (Tammy) of Waterloo, IA and Linda Mummelthie of Evansdale, IA.; and his aunts, Geraldine Frieden of Elgin, IA, Marlene Butikofer of Waterloo, IA and Bonnie Neubauer of Cresco, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
