She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Floden and Myrtle Floden (Goodwin); her husband Ralph Boleyn; her siblings, John (Irma), Louis (Juanita), Glen (Virginia) and Bertha Kolarich (Robert); and her son Randy Boleyn.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Boleyn (Teresa) of Washburn and Monica Ambrose (Michael) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Lindsey Klein (Chris), Mitchell Ambrose (Julie), Randi Wilson (Chris) and April Boleyn; and her great grandchildren, Haley, Kayden, Mollie, Tanner, Harper and Bowen.
