She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bandfield and Lois Bandfield (Shepard); her husband Ralph Tempel; and her daughters, Michaela Kotz, Sherry Schleusner-Norton and Tonya Schleusner.
She is survived by: her former husband Ron Schleusner; her sons, Keith Coates (Melissa) of Waterloo, Travis Schleusner (Brandy) of Jesup and Randy Schleusner (Lorie) of Waterloo; and her siblings, Paul Bandfield (Connie) of Cedar Falls and Debbie Shepard of Evansdale.
