She is survived by: her children, Linda J. Phillips of Waterloo, Vicky A. Jordan of Waterloo, Dorothy D. Gary of Waterloo, Antonette Greer of Waterloo, Antonio Greer of Waterloo, Patrick G. Greer of Sioux Falls, SD and Shun L. Greer of Sioux Falls, SD; her siblings, Willie Phillips of Oelwein, Johnnie L. Phillips of Durant, MS, Johnston Phillips of Waterloo and Euguene Phillips of Waterloo; and her great-uncle Herman Wise, Sr. of Waterloo. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Missionary Baptist Church (209 Jackson St, Waterloo, IA 50703). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
