He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Moore and Gladys Moore; and his siblings, Clydeen Douglas, Clyde Moore Jr. and Terry Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Montavis Moore of Waterloo, Dr. Shalia Moore-Hayes (Janssen Hayes) of Parrish, FL and Mario Moore of Waterloo; the parent of his children Tawanna Moore of Waterloo; and his brothers, Tim Moore Sr. (Nita) of Atlanta, GA, Keith Moore of Waterloo and Dennis Moore (Dell) of Chesterfield, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
