Neil Benjamin Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 9, 2026, at the age of 89, Neil Benjamin of Waterloo, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight F. Benjamin and Marjorie C. Benjamin (Blackman); his wife Janine Rae Bailey; and his brother Keith Benjamin. He is survived by: his children, Janell Bergman (Robert) of Maynard, David Benjamin (Kim) of Long Grove, IL and Michael Benjamin (Kari) of Arlington Heights, IL; his grandchildren, Bailey Bushman (Jesika), Ben Bergman, Matthew Benjamin, Abigail Benjamin, Maxwell Benjamin, Lauren Benjamin and Kathryn Benjamin; his brother Blair Benjamin; and his sister-in-law Karen Benjamin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Trinity Episcopal Church or the Friendship Village Auxiliary.
