She is survived by: her husband Donald R Frank; her son Kevin Frank (Maribeth); her grandchildren, Fiona, Patricia and Chevonne Frank; her son Kurt Frank (Lisa); her granddaughter Erika Motsch (Zachary); her great grandchild Finnegan Motsch; her grandson Donald Frank (Jessica); her daughter Kelly Frank (Dale Patnode); and her grandson Donald Patnode.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service West Ridgeway (300 West Ridgeway Ave., Waterloo, IA 50701). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A vigil service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (1423 Kimball Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
