He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Davis Cunningham and Canzada "Zadie" Cunningham (Harris); his sisters, Wanda Ruth Harness and Annette Jean Keitel; his son Christopher Craig Cunningham; and his grandson Brody Paul Everett Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Irene Spicer; his children, John Paul Cunningham (Ana) of Moorpark, Marie Elizabeth Lewis (Matthew Sparks) of Carlsbad and Mavis Wren Manson (John) of Spotsylvania; his daughter-in-law Tricia Cunningham; his grandchildren, Alexis "Lexi" Sadeghi (Sam), Jacob Cunningham (Kelsey), Joshua Cunningham (Claire), Cameron Cunningham (Alexa), Carter Cunningham (Calicia), John "Jack" Manson, Katherine "Katie" Lewis, Joseph "Joey" Cunningham, Ashlyn Cunningham, Contessa "Tessa" Cunningham and John "Johnny" Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Selah Grace, Callum John, Cyrus Craig, Parker Wilder and Quinn Rose; and his siblings, Emma Brennan (Charles), Van Cunningham (Rose), Bobby Cunningham (Angie), Marvale Parry (Jerry), Donna Boling and Aneda Rayl.
