He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kemp and Sue Kemp; his siblings, Mike, Ed, Liz and Carole Levendusky; and his siblings-in-law, Clair Levendusky, Dean Hartley, Don King, Tom Kayser and Nancy Kemp.
He is survived by: his close friend Jan Thompsen; his children, Donald of Waterloo, Nicholas of Waterloo and Rachel of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Marteis and Amara; his sisters, MaryJo Hartley of Aurora, Patricia Kayser of Independence, Roberta Mason (Dick) of Independence, Kathy Corcoran (Don) of Oelwein and Annette Kemp (Larry Moses); his sister-in-law LeeAnn Kemp of Waterloo; Rizzo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
