We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024, at the age of 99, Phyllis Burhenn (Waterloo, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Havran and Effie Havran (Thede); her husband Harold Burhenn; her grandson Travis Burhenn; and her sister Lilas Winter.

She is survived by : her sons, Kent Burhenn of Ames and Paul Burhenn of Dysart; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Bierbaum (Aron), Zach Burhenn, Colby Burhenn (Wendy), Tyler Burhenn (Abby), Brandi Harmsen (Tom), Adam Burhenn and Andrea Burhenn (Nathan). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
