He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd C. Harp; and his siblings, Steven Harp and Peggy E. Bullerman. He is survived by: his mother Margaret M. Harp Jr. (Schmitt) of Waterloo; his wife Jan Harp of Waterloo; his son Jonathan Harp of Frisco, CO.; his granddaughter Chloe Harp (Cade) of Houston, TX; and his brothers, Charles Harp (Virginia) of Waterloo and Rod Harp (Tracey) of Waterloo.
